What is the Rental Program?
In an effort to increase affordable housing opportunities
in the City of Hamilton, Neighborhood Housing Services of Hamilton, Inc. and the City of Hamilton have partnered to provide
a Rental-Lease Program.
What is the Rental-Lease Program and How Does
it Work?
This program is designed for families who are at or below the 60% of
the AMI.
How Much Will I Have to Pay?
Lease payments will
be structured to fall within an acceptable debt ratio not to exceed 30% of the family’s gross income.
How Do I Qualify and What are the Requirements to
Participate?
All Applicants are on a first come/first serve basis and will be subject to a credit and background check.
Our HUD Certified Housing Counselors will go over the rental
program guidelines.
